Weiner’s rise to NYC mayoral office harder than Sanford’s return, journalist says

Anthony Weiner is running again, this time for mayor of New York, a position he has sought for years, despite having left his last post in disgrace after tweeting salacious shots of himself to young women.

While the former congressman might have been emboldened by the success of Mark Sanford’s victory in South Carolina, a number of factors make his goal considerably more daunting.

Host Carmen Russell-Sluchansky spoke with Linda Feldmann, a staff correspondent in the Washington Bureau for CS Monitor, to discuss Weiner’s stiff chances at the polls.
