Texting judge quits following scandal

A judge accused of sending private text messages to help the prosecution in a criminal case has resigned her position.

Texas Judge Elizabeth Corker allegedly sent messages to Assistant Polk County DA Kaycee Jones, who was then prosecuting a felony case against Daniel Reeves who was charged with child-injury. State officials say Corker is voluntarily stepping down. Carmen Russell-Sluchansky speaks with Lillian Hardwick, a Texas Attorney who serves as a consultant and expert witness on judicial ethics.
