Seeing US role in Iraq firsthand led veteran to denounce the war

Michael Hoffman was one of the first called to service when the U.S. went to war against Iraq 10 years ago, but he was also one of the first affected by the conflict and has since protested America’s role there, founding the group Iraq Veterans Against the War.

Host Carmen Russell-Sluchansky spoke with Michael Hoffman, an Iraq war veteran and founder of Iraq Veterans Against the War, to discuss the run-up to the Iraq war.
