SCOTUS To Decide Whether to Take up Same-Sex Marriage

The U.S. Supreme Court will decide on Friday on whether or not it will take up a review of the Defense of Marriage Act, which in its current form prevents married same-sex couples from receiving the same federal benefits that straight couples get.
