Legislative Group Looks To Hide Contempt After Election Losses, Expert Says

The American Legislative Exchange Council is holding its annual policy summit on Wednesday. The group has come under fire for how it may have skirted lobbying laws.  In addition to resolving these issues, the group also must decide how to redress their tactics after losing members in the 2012 election.

Host Carmen Russell-Sluchansky spoke with Brenden Fischer, staff counsel with the Center for Media and Democracy, to discuss the topics likely to be covered and what should be expected in the future from this Koch Brothers-funded group.
