Group Burning For Fed to Reclassify Pot As Medical Drug

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit heard arguments on Thursday over whether the federal government should be required to reclassify marijuana from its current status as a dangerous drug to one that has medical uses.

Host Carmen Russell-Sluchansky spoke with Joe Elford, chief counsel for Americans for Safe Access, about how the hearing went.
