Gay rights strengthening as states adopt same-sex marriage, cases go to court

While same-sex marriage approval is at an all-time high, activists are still mired in several high-profile legislative battles. Next week the Arizona legislature will consider a bill to limit bathroom access to the transgendered and the Supreme Court will hear a challenge to Proposition 8, which outlawed same-sex marriage in California.

Host Carmen Russell-Sluchansky spoke with Sarah Warbelow, state legislative director of the Human Rights Campaign, to talk about what it all means.
