Expert: US, UN must go beyond N. Korea, target foreign entities too

Susan Rice, the U.S. representative to U.N., said on Thursday that the new sanctions against North Korea are the harshest yet and will truly hurt the communist-run country, but how effective will the sanctions really be?

Host Carmen Russell-Sluchansky spoke with Bruce Klingner, a senior research fellow at the Northeast Asia Asian Studies Center of The Heritage Foundation, to discuss the implications of the sanctions.
