Mark Sanford, the former governor of South Carolina, is poised to win the GOP nomination for the first district. However, he is dogged by the revelation that he had a mistress and other ethics issues that were revealed his first year as governor. Behre believes that his willingness to confront these issues during his campaign may actually help him win.
