
Lawmakers everywhere have continued the push for stricter gun control legislation with New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo the latest the join the crew as he has called for his state to adopt some of the most strict gun laws in the country.
Nationally, Vice President Joe Biden has continued meeting with various groups concerned about gun regulations. Former Congresswoman Gabbriel Giffords, who survived a mass shooting spree in Tucson, Ariz., two years ago, is starting a PAC to fight for more gun restrictions. And Sen. Dianne Feinstein was among the first to push for the renewal of a ban on assault weapons.
