Do Cops Need a Warrant For Blood Tests on Suspected Drunk Drivers?

The U.S. Supreme Court heard arguments on Wednesday about whether police officers should need a warrant before performing a blood test on a suspected drunk driver. In this case the suspect refused to take a breathalyzer so the officers took him into custody and forced a blood test.

Host Carmen Russell-Sluchansky spoke with civil rights attorney John Whitehead, president and founder of the Rutherford institute, and Albert Locher, the assistant director attorney with the County of Sacramento, to discuss the case.
