Bush, Rubio, others think 2016 while Democrats eye House control in 2014

Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush hit the Sunday talk show circuit, appearing on five networks including CNN, NBC and ABC. Ostensibly, Bush was there to push his new book on immigration, a subject Republicans are grappling with following their defeat at the polls in November.

However, the question of a potential 2016 run kept coming up, particularly since another likely nominee, Marco Rubio, is considered Bush’s friend and political collaborator.

Host Carmen Russell-Sluchansky spoke with Susan MacManus, distinguished university professor of public administration and political science at University of South Florida, to discuss the look ahead at 2014 and even 2016.
